Chief Financial Strategist

FED FINANCE UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and analysis function. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with senior managers and budget holders to ensure alignment and understanding of financial positions and variances.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong Financial Planning and Analysis Skills: Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading and mentoring high-performance finance teams, with a strong focus on developing and retaining talent.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior managers, budget holders, and other stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Professional Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or equivalent professional qualification.
