The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Manager to join our Digital Legal Delivery team in Belfast. As a subject matter expert in eDiscovery workflows and technology, you will be responsible for managing complex data types, including chat data and audio, and providing high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead case management, identifying client needs, recommending technical solutions, and delivering effective solutions throughout the life of a matter.
- Work with clients to ensure excellent client service and participate in case initiation meetings.
- Set accurate budgets and ensure work is completed within budget and to agreed standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate team resources and liaise with other Managers and colleagues to ensure correct solutions and processes are implemented.
- Manage Quality Control of technical eDiscovery services, including designing and implementing quality control procedures.
- 5+ years' eDiscovery experience in a law firm or service provider.
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery technology, including Relativity/RelOne and Nuix.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, including effective collaboration with case teams and service providers.
- Experience working within a similar team at the required level.
- Expertise supporting document reviews and case work.
- Relativity (Server/RelOne)
