About the Role

LGT Gruppe Holding AG is a leading wealth management company, and we are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Risk Management Specialist to join our Front Office Risk and Control Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on portfolio risk, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Support the design and implementation of risk monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective MI/KPIs to monitor ongoing competence and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Front Office staff and key stakeholders to provide first-line support for portfolio risk matters.
  • Support the delivery of key Front Office Risk and Control initiatives, focusing on efficiency, data-driven decision making, and automation.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Knowledge of FCA conduct of business rules and understanding of JFSC and SEC regulatory environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
