About the Job Description

This role involves planning and reactive support to ensure that the engineering aspects of testing and commissioning activities are undertaken in a safe and appropriate way.

You will work closely with the team to identify and mitigate any risks associated with these activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing design evidence to justify a safe and effective design solution
  • Specifying and building prototypes
  • Providing corrective actions on assigned defects and issues
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Making presentations to technical and management audiences
About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Engineering or a related subject and experience in mechanical engineering design and development.

You should also be able to design documentation and present it to customers and wider groups, as well as solve complex engineering calculations.
