Principal Performance Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Performance Analyst to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Human Factors team, you will play a critical role in improving processes and reducing the risk of unintended outcomes. Your expertise in task analysis and stakeholder management will be essential in working with our Process authors to develop and implement effective solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the industry. Our team provides safety-oriented support to the day-to-day business of designing, building and operating submarines and to the maintenance of our nuclear site licence. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
