This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure that food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to guests as required.
  • Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor.
  • Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Serve guests in our conference and events areas.
  • Assist with room service orders as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • E nsure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hotel discounts, access to our employee assistance programme, and opportunities for career growth and development.
