About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Coordinator. As the face of PA Housing, you will be responsible for delivering excellent neighbourhood services to our customers, building positive relationships with the local community, and ensuring that our residents feel safe and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent PA Housing in the community, building relationships with residents, local businesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections of communal areas, identifying and resolving any issues that may affect our residents.
  • Visit new tenants, providing them with information and support to help them settle into their new home.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure that our residents receive a seamless service.
  • Carry out Tenancy audits, checking that our residents are complying with their tenancy agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate any fire risks in our buildings, ensuring that our residents are safe and secure.
  • Support residents who require assistance with accessing their homes, working with other teams to find solutions.
  • Complete personal evacuation forms for residents who require them.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Intermediate IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evening meetings and face-to-face meetings in Luton.
