BMS Performance is seeking a Laundry Project Lead to manage projects related to automated industrial laundry equipment solutions.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in project management within automation or capital equipment or MEP, and will be comfortable with occasional travel across the UK.

Key responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,690 per annum, plus benefits, including a company vehicle or car allowance, private dental and health care coverage, laptop, mobile phone provided, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to release, delivering projects successfully within agreed-upon cost, time, and scope parameters, and maintaining frequent communication with clients' other business departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, procure, manufacture, install, commission, and hand over industrial laundry equipment solutions
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Travel across the UK and potentially worldwide to meet clients face-to-face
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients' other business departments
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and process improvements for team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within automation or capital equipment or MEP
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across the UK
  • Proficiency in 2D, 3D CAD (desirable)
  • Minimum HNC/HND in mechanical engineering or above
  • Prince 2 certification (desirable)
