Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Eximious Furniture. As a key member of our hardworking and dedicated family, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality bespoke corporate furniture and joinery solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit-out and joinery, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed quotes, performing site surveys, and reviewing subcontractor quotations. You will also be expected to order materials, track project variations, and compile final accounts. Additionally, you will attend production and site meetings, ensuring that actions are relayed and completed.

About the Role
  • Delivering high-quality bespoke corporate furniture and joinery solutions to clients
  • Providing accurate and detailed quotes, performing site surveys, and reviewing subcontractor quotations
  • Ordering materials, tracking project variations, and compiling final accounts
  • Attending production and site meetings, ensuring that actions are relayed and completed

Requirements
