We are seeking a skilled Head of Transformation Management Office (TMO) to lead our transformation initiatives. This critical role will ensure transparency, structure, and governance across all transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align transformation initiatives with Collinson's long-term strategy and goals.
  • Maintain and evolve best practice methodologies, tools, and templates for effective programme delivery.
  • Establish and lead governance forums to ensure robust oversight and decision-making.
  • Champion the communication, training, and adoption of standardised ways of working across the organisation.
  • Develop accurate, timely portfolio health reports for senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify and manage strategic risks, issues, and interdependencies to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • University degree and 8-10 years of experience in a similar role or as a Management Consultant.
  • Previous experience in managing hybrid portfolios with a mix of waterfall and agile approaches.
  • External certifications in Portfolio Management are desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Product Delivery, Change Management, and Strategic Thinking.
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Cross-functional working experience and Leadership skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and commitment to continuous learning.
