Fundraising Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Langton not 4 profit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive fundraising strategy, securing vital financial and in-kind resources for our charity. Your expertise will help us establish strong relationships with corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders, ensuring our charity's sustainability and growth.

Key Performance Indicators
- Develop and deliver a fundraising plan that meets or exceeds targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, resulting in secured funding and income streams
- Produce high-quality written materials, engaging and persuading various audiences

What You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in establishing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, a strong understanding of broader fundraising principles and income streams, and excellent communication skills to engage and persuade various stakeholders. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum and a commitment to equality of opportunity make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
