About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales function and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead a small team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and sales leadership
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
