Urban Development Specialist

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Town Planner to join our team in Birmingham. As an Urban Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, providing expert planning advice to clients and authorities.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Planning Consultant who can prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and reports while staying informed about planning policies and regulations. The successful candidate will have experience in town planning, preferably in a consultancy environment, and hold a relevant degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accreditation preferred).
Responsibilities:
