About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Urban Regeneration Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward our urban regeneration projects, working closely with local stakeholders and community groups.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading on the development of new regeneration strategies.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for regeneration.
  • Developing relationships with local partners to deliver regeneration initiatives.
  • Providing technical support to project teams.


Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of urban regeneration principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering regeneration projects.


The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about urban regeneration and have a keen interest in making a positive impact on communities, we would love to hear from you.
