About the Role

As an experienced Senior Planner or Principal Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of urban development projects across the West Midlands, working on major infrastructure, environmental, and development projects for private and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead planning and project management activities on a variety of high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex planning challenges.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
