Senior Business Development Manager - Natural Stone Products

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the natural stone products market.

About the Role: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the natural stone products market. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the natural stone products market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and stakeholders.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new business.
  4. Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building materials industry.
  2. Strong business development and sales skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving growth.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
