Salary

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £26,660 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on qualification/s and experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Team Lead to join our Farnborough nursery. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working within an Early Years setting.

Job Description

The Early Years Team Lead will be responsible for leading, mentoring and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to children. This will involve ensuring the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities, delivering and planning rich learning opportunities, and developing strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Early Years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment is safe, stimulating and engaging for children
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Early Years provision

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to have:

A Level 3 or above Early Years qualificationPrevious experience working within an Early Years settingStrong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation StageAbility to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
