Engineering Industry Coach

Competitive salary and caseloaded opportunities are available for a skilled Assessor to join our team in Farnborough.

We are seeking a qualified individual with a minimum of level 3 in Engineering and experience in the industry to assess students in the workplace. Mechatronics experience is a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will work within our Business Services team, delivering high-quality training and assessment to support effective learning and retention. This will involve managing a diary and visiting students at their employers in the workplace, with a monthly visit fee and bonus on timely completion.

Applicants must hold an A1 and V1 (or equivalent) and have relevant vocational experience. Farnborough College of Technology is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
