People Insights Manager

We are seeking a proactive People Insights Manager to join our People Team on a reduced hours basis (3 days per week). This role will be crucial for transforming People data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic HR initiatives and measure results.
- Focus on the 'So What' of the data, ensuring insights are actionable and relevant to People Function and business leaders.
- Present findings and recommendations in a compelling manner, tailored to different audiences to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Work closely with the wider business and People team to understand their data needs and deliver insights that support their objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of People data through robust data management practices.
- Promote data literacy within the People team and other stakeholders by providing training and support on analytics tools and techniques.
- Prior experience of utilizing analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations in a compelling manner, tailored to different audiences to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis processes and uncover deeper insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in people analytics and AI technologies.
