Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our client's stores through new customer acquisition and increasing the average deal size.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the SMB segment, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate of £290, dependent on experience
  • Potential 5% bonus
