Dynamic Opportunity for a Network Professional

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Network professional to join a unique, multi-national Information Management function. Ideal candidates should be committed to leading a team of professionals within the UC space, directing them on best practice for maintenance, support, and related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the Unified Communications infrastructure and ensure availability to users.
  2. Play a key role in our Telephony and Video Conferencing setup, strategy, and management.
  3. Solve complex challenges and have a direct impact on the overall resilience of our IT environment.
Requirements
  1. Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, VLANS).
  2. Strong expertise in IP Telephony and Video Conference solutions (including fixed line telephony, soft phones, and VC appliances).
  3. Team player, helping and supporting the wider Information Management team.
  4. Understanding of network architectures and security zones (DMZ, internal networks).
  5. Proficient in monitoring technologies PRTG, Nagios.
