HVAC Systems Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Systems Support Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will provide technical support to engineers, staff, and clients in all aspects of HVAC and mechanical works carried out in a client-focused setting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC/Mechanical systems installation and maintenance, along with full UK driving license, relevant trade qualifications, and certifications in HVAC, heat pumps, and refrigeration.
You will be responsible for offering expert technical advice and support on HVAC and mechanical issues, conducting audits on subcontractors and field engineers to ensure compliance with standards, and managing and reviewing compliance with certifications like F-Gas, Oftec, Gas Safe, etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of business operations. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to engineers, staff, and clients on HVAC and mechanical issues
- Conduct audits on subcontractors and field engineers to ensure compliance with standards
- Manage and review compliance with certifications like F-Gas, Oftec, Gas Safe, etc.
- Lead F-Gas compliance initiatives and maintain accurate registers
- Participate in client meetings, provide quotations, and oversee project planning
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of engineering staff
- Travel to various UK sites for on-site support and technical assessments
