HR Business Partner

Bradford (Hybrid Working)

£55,000 - £65,000

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a well-established Yorkshire-based company to find a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to support their organizational transformation.

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals. You will provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design and development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualified or above
  • Experience as a HR Business partner with a sound understanding of HR and People strategies, preferably gained within large matrix structures
  • Ideally have previous experience of Business Partnering a Head office function
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges
  • Union experience would be desirable
