Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Consultant to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various facilities projects across our sites, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple facilities projects, including maintenance and construction initiatives, to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with Site Business Partners and Building Custodians to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Support health and safety initiatives, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Communicate facility-related updates to the wider business, ensuring transparency and awareness.
  • Participate in site-level working groups, representing the Facilities Management team and providing input on key decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a factory or production environment.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Awareness of HSE regulations and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
