About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Consultant to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various facilities projects across our sites, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate facilities projects, including maintenance and construction initiatives, to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site business partners and building custodians, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address health and safety concerns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site-level working groups, to promote effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a factory or production environment.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Awareness of HSE regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
