Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector. As an Employment Lawyer, you will provide legal advice and services to client organizations and schools on a wide range of litigation matters, including employment tribunals, discrimination cases, unfair dismissals, and TUPE matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a legal advisor to client organizations
  • Provide support to lawyers and act as a point of contact on various cases
  • Attend courts and tribunals, undertaking advocacy where required, and represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties

Requirements:

  • Experience in employment law, preferably in a public sector or private practice background
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and litigation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular office attendance
