Employment Lawyer Role

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the shared legal services team, you will provide legal advice and services to client organisations and schools on a wide range of litigation matters, including employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a legal advisor to client organisations
  • Provide support to lawyers and act as a point of contact on various cases, including employment tribunals, discrimination cases, unfair dismissals, and TUPE matters
  • Attend courts and tribunals, undertaking advocacy where required, and represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties in matters relevant to the post
