About the Role

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is seeking an exceptional Employment Lawyer to join their shared legal services team in the South East. As a key member of the team, you will provide legal advice and services to client organisations and schools on a wide range of litigation matters, primarily focusing on employment law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a legal advisor to client organisations, providing support to lawyers and serving as a point of contact on various cases, including employment tribunals, discrimination cases, unfair dismissals, and TUPE matters.
  • Attend courts and tribunals, undertaking advocacy where required, and representing clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties regarding relevant legal practice areas.
