We are partnering with a reputable charity organisation in West Yorkshire to recruit a Workforce EDI & Culture Lead on a temporary three-month contract. The day rate is negotiable based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EDI principles and ideally have a background in the public sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive staff survey to assess EDI and organisational culture, utilising the Edgecome platform
- Coordinating the survey launch process, taking a leadership role and engaging with staff to encourage participation and provide necessary support
- Collaborating with senior management to analyse survey results, identifying key trends and insights, and presenting findings to each directorate for further action
- Conducting a detailed analysis of the Gender Pay Gap Report, working closely with senior leaders to interpret data
- Reviewing and finalising the GDP EDI data report, overseeing its launch across the organisation
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for 20 interns, including reviewing candidate profiles and assigning them to departments
- Working with culture champions to create a supportive and inclusive environment for interns, promoting their growth and integration into the company culture
Required skills and experience:
- Strong EDI knowledge and awareness
- Ability to drive initiatives forward
