Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level in the HVAC sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling into M&E contractors and/or developers, with a proven track record of success in building relationships and driving business growth. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH M&E CONTRACTORS AND DEVELOPERS TO IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY PRESENTATIONS AND PROPOSALS TO ESTIMATORS, TECHNICAL MANAGERS, AND PROJECT MANAGERS

Requirements:

  • Strong experience selling into M&E contractors and/or developers
  • Proven track record of success in building relationships and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum + Commission
