Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy services in Norfolk and Suffolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on health concerns and dispensing medication as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the pharmacy team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Salary: £62,500 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
