Imperial Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer service enquiries in a timely manner
  • Process orders and drawings within agreed time deadlines
  • Manage the order process from placement to invoicing
  • Liaise with business partners and factories to ensure customer service excellence
  • Support Finance to ensure business partner payment/credit terms are adhered to
  • Archive and invoice orders
  • Coordinate shipments to business partners
  • Liaise with the Aftersales Team to resolve aftersales issues
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of sales order processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use judgement, problem solving skills and initiative to provide information and support
  • High standard of IT literacy including accounting software, MS Office, advanced Excel skills
