Home-Based Rehabilitation Professional

Care assistants are responsible for supporting individuals in their daily lives and promoting their independence.
About the RoleWe're seeking a care assistant to join our team and provide high-quality support to our clients.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Support clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with managing their medication and attending medical appointments.
- Document client progress and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed.
- A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant/Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
- Travel time between clients paid.
- Refer a friend scheme up to £300.
