Customer Success Coordinator

The Customer Success Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional support to attendees, ensuring their booking process is seamless and efficient. As part of a global events team, there may be requirements to work outside standard working hours and/or attend events as part of the onsite team.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer and stakeholder queries via email and phone within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Take ownership of resolving queries successfully, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
- Drive greater adoption of online event platforms by running virtual demos with sponsors and delegates
- Gather and share customer feedback through post-event surveys, following up with promoters and detractors for more detailed information
- Process delegate substitutions, transfers, and cancellations, updating records and invoices accordingly
- Ammend delegates' records, process changes to invoices, and take payment where necessary
- Making courtesy calls to customers as required
- Process offline group bookings and invoices
- Follow up on incomplete bookings to assist customers with any issues on their registration
- Create and apply discount codes for different customer groups
- Issue documents to support delegate visa applications
- Set up and send scheduled event emails to registered delegates
- Adopt new technologies quickly and enthusiastically, being process-driven
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, using problem-solving skills and initiative to resolve issues efficiently
- Be versatile, enthusiastic, and quick to learn, with a desire to improve the customers' experience and streamline processes
- Ensure all milestones within each event cycle are completed on time, being well-organized and proactive
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, being well-organized and dependable
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
We offer an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
