Pension Scheme Events Associate Role

ARC is seeking a highly skilled Pension Scheme Events Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support across a range of activities, including annual events processing, regular or ad-hoc reporting, data loads, bulk mailings, and other similar processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Annual events processing - i.e. pension increases, benefit statements, valuation extracts.
  • Regular or ad-hoc reporting, data loads, bulk mailings & other similar processes/activities.
  • Undertake regular checks of the team's work for quality & accuracy, providing feedback and support to the team.
  • Train, support & supervise staff to provide effective delivery of a timely & accurate service to customers.
  • Challenge procedures to identify process improvements & deliver improved operational efficiencies.
  • Work with other teams in implementing new clients, system enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Participation in new business exercises, representing the Company to external prospects/clients.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have strong DB administration experience, ideally good DC knowledge, although DC experience is not essential. Strong time management skills are important, to help with meeting project deadlines and attention to detail and accuracy are also key requirements.

What We Offer:

Salary for the Pension Scheme Events role is to £30,000 + professional study support and company pension. As a remote worker, you would be required to attend the office at least 4 times per year, including your first day.
