Health Promotion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Promotion Specialist to join our team at Brook, the UK's leading sexual health and wellbeing charity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective blended outreach interventions to ensure target beneficiary groups are benefiting from good sexual and reproductive health education, support and services.
This includes working with a wide range of target beneficiary groups, including LGBTQ communities, MSM, Black Africans and other BAME populations, refugees and those with learning difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with community organisations, community businesses and community champions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective outreach strategies to reach target beneficiary groups
- Collaborating with community partners to deliver high-quality services and programmes
- Providing training and capacity building to professionals working within the community
