About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Building Control Enforcement Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our regulatory enforcement team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of compliance and stop notices for building control applications.

You will also lead the response to dangerous structures reports, manage related contracts, and oversee a 24/7 team dedicated to this area.

A strong understanding of building regulations and the London building acts is essential for this role, as well as experience in managing a team of BC specialists and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
