**Global Sales Development Director**

ALDAR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in sales management operations in a large real estate company within the GCC or internationally. Your expertise in optimizing sales processes and achieving revenue targets will be invaluable in driving business growth.

This role offers an estimated salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with customer management, legal, and IT teams to ensure seamless sales operations
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance sales operations efficiency
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations
