About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Ops Executive to join our team at McCann Demand. As a key member of our media operations team, you will be responsible for managing clients' digital campaigns, ensuring effective execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client trafficking, measurement, tagging, and ensure effective execution of all digital campaigns.
  • Translate media plans into ad servers, with creative details, landing URLs, and analytics tracking to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Build taxonomy URLs and assign creatives to media placements via trafficking sheets.
  • Collaborate with Brand Safety partners to wrap tags when required.
  • Contribute to data integrity management across all digital activity.
  • Support senior team members on internal projects.
  • Conduct QA/testing of tags to ensure accurate setup and troubleshoot when required.
  • Manage creative/ad tag distribution to stakeholders/media partners.
  • Establish relationships with client service teams and demonstrate curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Ensure team deliverables meet client objectives and manage multiple priorities effectively.
About You
  • Previous experience in Ad Operations, with a strong knowledge of trafficking, reporting, and tagging.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to handle large data sets.
  • Familiarity with ad verification and brand safety tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to self-prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns.
  • Team player with a collaborative work ethic and a strong desire to succeed.
