Year 6 Teaching Assistant
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant in a 'Good' Ofsted-rated 2 Form Entry School. The successful candidate will support the development of pupils, both academically and socially, in a Year 6 primary class.
The role involves assisting in the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities for students. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required to work effectively with children and teachers. Previous experience of working with young people in a school setting would be advantageous.
Job Description:
- Assist in the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities for students in primary classes
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that all children have access to a high quality learning experience
- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Support the development of pupils, both academically and socially
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with children in Year 6
- Previous experience of working with young people in a school setting would be advantageous
Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive salary package for this role, reflecting the importance of our Teaching Assistant position. The estimated annual salary is £28,250, inclusive of all benefits.
