About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial headquarter office in Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Conduct regular building walk-arounds to identify potential maintenance issues
  • Manage subcontractors and engineers to ensure efficient resolution of maintenance issues
  • Update clients and stakeholders on job progress and meet SLA requirements
  • Support with minor repairs across the site
Requirements
  • Experience in facilities management, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role
  • Good technical understanding and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with CAFM systems
