About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Support Worker to join our team at Provide CIC. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and amend client information using manual and electronic systems.
  • Undertake general administration tasks as directed by the clinical team.
  • Liaise with clinical and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
  • Support communication and cross-team working with other teams in the sexual health network.
  • Relay messages to staff via electronic and direct methods.
  • Participate in evaluation and feedback processes.
  • Attend team and departmental meetings to actively participate in service improvement.
  • Assist clients requiring interpreting and other language and communication support.
  • Act as a chaperone during intimate procedures.
  • Work with the line manager to establish evidence of development in accordance with departmental support worker competency records.

Person Specification

Essential

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience.

Desirable

  • Sexual health certificate.
