About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Support Worker to join our team in Hornchurch. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, maintaining their health and wellbeing, and promoting their independence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and domestic duties.
- To maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in a care setting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
