Clinical Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Support Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at Priory Hospital Chelmsford. As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our wards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including typing of correspondence and inputting patient data onto a computer database system.
- Answer telephone enquiries and provide a high level of customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
- Provide reception and holiday/sickness cover as required.
- Support the Mental Health Act 1983 process, with training provided.
Requirements:
- IT literacy and strong computer skills are essential for this role.
- Experience within a healthcare environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
- You must be a team player who works well under pressure.
