Exciting Opportunity for a Junior React Native Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior React Native Developer to join our mobile development team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define app features and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with attention to detail.
  • Debug and fix issues reported by QA teams or end users.
  • Stay updated with the latest React Native advancements and best practices, applying them to improve our mobile apps.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience with React Native or experience with mobile app development in any framework.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (knowledge of TypeScript is a plus).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of mobile design patterns, performance optimization, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and ask questions when needed.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
