We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of MIS and Funding to join our Senior Leadership Team at Derby College Group.

This is an exceptional chance to lead our MIS, reporting, and exams teams, driving business intelligence processes and enhancing funding expertise. You will be responsible for leading 3 direct reports and over 30 employees, ensuring compliance with £52 million funding returns and audits.

You will collaborate with the Director of IT to develop and implement the College's digital reporting strategy, streamlining business processes and delivering innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in BI/reporting solutions, change management, and team inspiration. Experience as a lead for MIS/Funding in a complex FE organisation is essential.
