Service Officer

This is a full-time temporary role at Essential Employment, where you will be working as a Service Officer for the Derbyshire Discretionary Fund. Your primary responsibility will be to make independent decisions on applications within the Client's policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, discretion, and empathy when interacting with applicants and professionals. You will be responsible for delivering the work of the fund efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.

Requirements:

Salary Range:$35,000 - $45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
