Job Title: Senior Nurse (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans to promote better quality of life and wellbeing for residents.
  • Carry out staff appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support staff development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration.
  • Experience in a senior nursing role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
