We are seeking an experienced and skilled Stock Allocation Coordinator to join our team at Agent Provocateur. As a key member of our Buying and Merchandising function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of stock across our retail and digital channels.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to take their career to the next level. As a Stock Allocation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the allocation of stock to our stores and online platforms, working closely with our buying and merchandising teams to ensure that we have the right products in the right places at the right time.

You will be tasked with tracking inbound stock, chasing late deliveries, and coordinating with our logistics and retail operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of stock. In addition, you will be responsible for creating launch pack allocation plans, updating launch trackers, and reviewing daily replenishment volumes to ensure accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Allocation and Replenishment: Track inbound stock against PO contractual delivery dates, chase late deliveries, and flag delivery concerns to line manager
  • Create launch pack allocation plans, working with range intake dates and communicating clearly to regional teams and logistics
  • Update weekly launch trackers and PO trackers, check daily replenishment volume accuracy for all stores against sales
  • Oversee manual allocations (Buyers Push) where required to support in-store requirements
  • Review digital stock against channel performance and push stock to retail out of threshold rules where required
  • Set up and maintain seasonal and continuity min/max rules

Consolidations:

  • Set and drive seasonal consolidation plans for inter-store and end-season consolidations
  • Sign off inter-store consolidations with line manager, focusing on driving range performance, profitability, and cost-savings measures
  • Communicate consolidation plans to retail operations, store teams, and logistics, tracking inbound stock and making live to trade in line with business requirements

Trading:

  • Set new prices and selling statuses in line with company trading requirements and line manager markdown/trading plan
  • Work with merchandising to set up new season line numbers and items on BC
  • Run weekly channel trade reports, daily stock keeping, and Monday trade requirements to support team trade
  • Attend weekly retail meetings and regional meetings as liaison between product and retail

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an allocator position, ideally within fashion or a lingerie-based retailer
  • Demonstrable experience with allocations and a stock trade/planning environment
  • High computer literacy
  • Methodical, accurate, logical, and concise approach to work with high levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized, punctual, and able to step up and work under pressure to deadline
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
