Administrative Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the management team in ensuring the efficient running of the care home.

Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively
* Manage the customer database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Coordinate community engagement activities, promoting the care home's reputation and occupancy
* Support resident and family feedback, focusing on exceptional customer care
* Collaborate with the recruitment team, assisting with the hiring process and completing new starter checks
* Prepare payroll for home-based staff
* Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, using available tools and resources
* Maintain secure storage of personal files
* Take minutes at meetings and ensure accuracy
* Complete rotas and manage safe contents, petty cash, and resident fund accounts
* Update staff records with ad-hoc training, supervisions, and appraisals
* Offer guidance on staff development opportunities, including signposting to Apprenticeships and qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a customer-facing position and previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment. You should also have strong organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
